Zenoti is enterprise software for salon, spa and medspa chains, and its own UK guide says to budget £400+ a month per location. Daviana's diary is £25 to £120 a month by team size, with no minimum term. If you run many sites and need that depth, Zenoti does far more. If you are one salon or a small group, you may be paying for a lot you do not use.
You run several sites, or a spa, medspa or franchise, and you want deep reporting, marketing automation, memberships and a dedicated manager, with the budget and team for a full rollout.
You are a hair, nail or beauty salon or a small group, you want a published monthly price with no fixed term, and colour cost and the phone are your live problems.

Three dates matter, and all of them come from your own contract, so start with your order form. First, find your term end date: under Zenoti's published terms your notice has to arrive at least 60 days before it, or you renew for another year.3 Second, ask for your data before you give notice and test that it opens. Third, after the contract ends you have 30 days to ask in writing for your final export. Zenoti delivers it once, as a CSV or another agreed format, provided all fees are paid, and it can charge for the work. After those 30 days it has no duty to keep your data.3 Our 12 questions to ask before switching salon software covers the rest.
Ask Zenoti for a written quote covering every module you would use, per location, plus usage charges for calls and texts, any setup fee, and the renewal rise. Set the yearly total against our Diary at your team size (£25 to £120 a month), adding the phone at £60 and colour at £80 if you want them. Card fees come on top for both of us. If colour or the phone is part of the decision, try our colour cost calculator or missed call calculator first; they show whether ColorLab or the AI Receptionist would pay for itself.
Zenoti does not publish prices; its pricing page sends you to a demo for a quote. Its own guide for UK salons says to budget £400+ a month per location. Voice, SMS and messaging are billed on usage, and its AI agents need the AI Plus package. Daviana's Diary is £25 to £120 a month by team size, including VAT.
Usually, yes. Zenoti's published terms set the first term in your order form, then renew automatically for a year at a time. To stop, you give at least 60 days' notice before the term ends, and fees can rise by up to 20% at renewal unless your order form says otherwise. Check your own order form. Daviana has no minimum term: we invoice monthly and you can stop any month.
Yes. Zenoti lists an AI Receptionist that answers calls and books, and says you must be on its AI Plus package to use its AI agents. It does not publish the price. Daviana's AI Receptionist also answers by voice and books into the same diary the front desk uses, at £60 a month including VAT.
We found no colour-weighing or gram-costing feature on Zenoti's pricing page. Vish, a separate colour product, lists Zenoti among the systems it connects to. Daviana's ColorLab weighs every bowl on a Bluetooth scale and costs it to the gram onto the client's bill.
Zenoti's published terms say that if you ask in writing within 30 days of the contract ending, it will deliver your latest customer data once, as a CSV or another agreed format, provided all fees are paid, and it can charge for the work. After that 30 days it has no duty to keep the data. Ask for your export before you give notice, and diarise the deadline.
