Who operates this service

Salons subscribe to Daviana Diary to run their appointments, clients and payments. Their clients use it to book, confirm and pay for visits.

Paying a salon through a payment link

Card payments, deposits and payment links are processed by Stripe. When you pay through a payment link, you are paying the salon named on the page, not Daviana.

• The salon's own cancellation and refund policy applies, and it is shown to you when you book.
• Daviana does not hold your card details.
• If you tick the box to save your card for future payments, the salon can charge that card for later visits under the same policy. You can ask the salon to remove it at any time.

Tips

Tips paid through the platform go to the member of staff you choose. They are paid out through Stripe to that person's connected account, and the salon does not take a share of a tip.

Salon customers

Salon businesses use the products under the subscription agreement agreed with Evera Ltd at sign-up.

Changes

If we change these terms, we change this page and move the date at the top.
