Check before you sign. SalonIQ's UK page says there are no long contracts, but its published terms and conditions define an initial term of 12 months, after which the contract continues until you give at least 90 days' written notice. Ask SalonIQ which applies to your plan. Daviana has no minimum term: you can stop any month.
Yes. SalonIQ's IQ Connect, powered by Callpad.ai, picks up the calls the team cannot take, checks the live SalonIQ diary and books appointments into it. SalonIQ does not publish its price. Daviana's AI Receptionist, Aria, does the same for the Daviana diary at £60 a month including VAT.
Through an integration. SalonIQ's help centre describes its integration with Vish, a separate colour management system with its own scale and subscription. Daviana's ColorLab is built in, weighs every bowl on a Bluetooth scale and can post the colour charge to the client's bill.
